Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Overview
Multi-factor authentication is a feature on the i2i platform to secure a user’s account to ensure that their account has not been compromised or shared.
How it Works:
- When MFA is enabled and a user logs in, the user will be advised that the device is not registered to their account and they will be prompted to check their email to verify.

- The user will check their email and then enter the verification code.
- They will then be taken to the i2i logged-in dashboard screen
