Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Overview

Multi-factor authentication is a feature on the i2i platform to secure a user’s account to ensure that their account has not been compromised or shared.

How it Works:

  1. When MFA is enabled and a user logs in, the user will be advised that the device is not registered to their account and they will be prompted to check their email to verify.
  2. The user will check their email and then enter the verification code.
  3. They will then be taken to the i2i logged-in dashboard screen
